Just saying hi

Genuinely welcome. I don't always reply to those, but I do read them. If you enjoyed a project, I'd love to hear about it.

Frequently asked

The questions I get most often. Click to expand.

Do you take on freelance or paid projects?
Not right now — I'm a full-time student. But I'm always open to free, interesting collaborations, especially anything that has a real community impact.
Are you available for mentorship?
Yes, especially for younger students getting into robotics or programming. Reach out via email with what you'd like help with — I'll try to point you to a good resource, even if I can't do 1:1 sessions regularly.
Can I reuse your code or projects?
Most of my public projects are MIT or Apache-2.0 — feel free to fork, learn from, and build on them. Credit is appreciated but not required. For CrisisConnect or anything commercial, please ask first.
What's your timezone and school schedule?
I'm in New Zealand (NZST, UTC+12). School runs roughly 9 AM – 3:30 PM, weekdays. Replies outside school hours are common but inconsistent.
Will you sponsor or promote my product?
Probably not — I don't do sponsored posts. If your tool is genuinely useful for what I build, I'll happily feature it because I want to, not because of compensation.

Still thinking about it?

The worst that happens is I take a few days to reply.
